Patrick Leavy's debut album, Clover, showcases his bass playing to the fullest extent in a chordless trio consisting of Marcus Strickland on tenor saxophone and Ludwig Afonso on drums. Clover features a mix of original compositions, jazz standards, and an unaccompanied selection from the American Songbook. This is the first of many chordless projects planned for Patrick to implement his use of double stops in jazz bass playing. Clover will be available everywhere on Nov 29. Enjoy a free preview below!
